You are absolutely gonna get admission in these colleges.  Because when i gave this exam in 2018 in secured 12443 rank in GEN category and 3034 in OBC . And i am also UP domicile. So on the basis of all this i got AKG ( ME BRANCH ) in first round. So according to your rankings you might get KIET or AKG in 2nd or 3rd Round. But their is maximum possibilty that you might get admission in ABES in first round. But keep in mind that you fill up your choices accordingly like :

1. AKG

2. KIET

3.ABES

Arranging them in correct order ( the order in which you want your college prefernces ), is very important.

Yes, there are good chances that you would get a seat in Electrical and Electronics engineering at Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College because in 2017, the closing rank for EEE for a Home state SC candidate was 86113.
This year also, there would be four rounds of counselling. So, there are good chances that you would be able to get EEE at AKGEC.
