Hiiii Soundarya!!!!! Its a very common issue. This usually happens because of high traffic. But you should not worry about it. What you can do is wait, or if not that talk to the authorities of TNEA and they will solve your queries. Comment for further queries.

The same has happened to me too. I did my payment, but it is now not reflecting at all.
