Firstly congrats for your awesome results!!Now in my opinion you should take up EEE in NIT Jamshedpur or BIT Mesra rather than CSE in IIIT because firstly the scope of EEE is much more wide than CSE thus if you are taking EEE then you are keeping many scopes open to yourself.Secondly Jamshedpur or Mesra is a highly industrial area thus you can easily secure a good payed job over there and you can settle.Thirdly, the placement History of Mesra is the best and also that of NIT Jamshedpur is very much comparable to it than IIITs.

Totally depends on your choice of interest.

NIT Jamshedpur has excellent placement for core branches.

CSE too is most sought out branches at IIIT and has decent placements with average of 5.5lpa.

In both cases you have great scope.

Hence whatever is best suitable upon yiur interest should be taken.
