Yes, you do have a chance to get admission in the JNTU V but i am not sure whether you will get the core branches but everything depends upon the counselling.

Based upon previous years opening and closing ranks there is less chance that, you will get mechanical branch in JNTU vijayanagaram with that rank. But still you can keep options and wait till second counselling. If you have reservation your chances will improve. Compare other colleges also while keeping options.
