Hi Dheeraj,

As per your marks and category you can definitely get JNTU as the cut off for CE last year was 17.9.

Counselling dates would probably in the month of july.

Don't leave your hope. You try for OU. Go through all the rounds. The odd may change for you and you may get a seat. So try for it.
