Dear Pramod,

BITS is the name of the college i.e.Birla Institute of Science and Technology..... Whereas BITSAT is the name of the exam for which you have to appear in order to get admission in this college.

B. tech stands for Bachelor of technology

B.E stands for Bachelor of Engineering
