What is the lateral entry system in LLB course in MS University Baroda? Is such LLB course with lateral entry recognized by the Bar Council of India?

Hello,

MSU baroda provides lateral entry admission. It is for 3 years duration.  It is for bachelors degree so it is allowed and  accepted too. Colleges go by rules and they are given by some board or officials. There are some rules for Bar council of India also. If you have taken through the process and followed all the rules and regulation from admission until graduation and practice then yes it is recognized.

Any work done out of the rules is not taken into consideration.
