Both the colleges are good but comparatively Manipal is bit expensive. And as per Careers360 ranking both have got AAAA+.

So you can go through the below links to know all about their rating and ranking -

SRM University, Chennai

Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal

Note :- As both the campuses are good, so I would suggest you to choose the campus as per your interest and as per the branch.

thanks ma'am. i want to know that if i prefer srm over manipal, does it give fruitfull result in long run.(from mechanical branch )
or being a manipal student give me good exposure and opportunities. as i am from middle class family so, that money factor also influence my selection preferences. pls help me in deciding.

I would suggest you to choose SRM Main campus over Manipal as the fee structure for Manipal is quite high.
