Actually vit vellore is new campus as comared to IIT madras and IIT madras is one of the best college in India and have high equiped laboratory and high standard faculty. If you interested particularly in computer science then you have go with vit vellore and if you want good placements and good knowledge  then you have to go with IIT madras.
