As per your rank and seeing the previous year cutoffs for B.sc(H) Nursing in IPU for Delhi General Category you have chances in the following colleges-

St. Stephen college of Nursing
College of Nursing, Safadajang hospital
College of Nursing, Ram Manohar Lohia hospital

Lakshmi Bai Batra College of Nursing
