Well you are asking which is the best college either CIT or SSN.Well my answer is both the colleges are good in every aspect.So you can choose any of these colleges.But the Cutoff for chemical Engineering for both the colleges closes at 193 for BC category.Hence it will be difficult for you to get a seat.
