Candidates must have completed a B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or a related discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Additionally, qualification in an entrance examination such as GATE or a university-specific entrance test AURUM. The duration of this M.Tech program is 2 years.

Qualify AURM PG. Candidates having valid GATE/ CUET scores are exempted from AURUM PG.
