72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Jammu.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate must have passed 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade “B” in the UGC 7 -point Scale. in M. Phil. Course Work (50% for SC / ST, OBC - non creamy layer, and differently abled candidates).
Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master's degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC / ST, OBC candidates) in aggregate or its equivalent grade “B” in the UGC 7.
