No you can't take admission anywhere on the basis of xerox only

May be you have study in some other college also

basically you can't get two degree same time.

For admission to MA Telugu at BR Ambedkar Open University, the eligibility criteria is student must be a graduate with Telugu as a second language and for M.A Sociology it is student should have Bachelor's Degree in any subject.
