Students can check the step wise placement process that is conducted by the GLS University placement cell. Based on the students performance they placed in the organisation of their choice. 

• Invitation- The T&P cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with GLS University, Ahmedabad to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including written tests, group discussions and interviews. 

• Pre-Placement Talk- Students are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles, and job profiles offered by them.

• Written Test- Students of the institute also need to appear and qualify for a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Group Discussion- Students of GLS University, Ahmedabad who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students.
