GSFC University Vadodara admission is offered to B.Tech, B.Sc Hons, M.Sc, Ph.D and BBA courses under the School of Technology, School of Science, and School of Management. The GSFC University admission process to these courses are based on the qualifying marks, the GSFCU entrance exam, and the national-level entrance examination.

GSFC University Vadodara offers 14 undergraduate courses in different fields. To qualify for admission, candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria aligned with their chosen area of study and check the seats intake for each course.

GSFC University Vadodara B.Tech Admission Process

• The GSFC University admission to B.Tech courses is done through the GUJCET and JEE Mains. GUJCET is for State Quota Seats and JEE Mains is for the All India Seats. Candidates must have a valid score in these examinations to get admission to GSFCU.

• The admissions to undergraduate courses in science and management are based on the entrance examination conducted by GSFCU.

• The state quota seats of the B.Tech programme will be filled by the Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Govt. of Gujarat.

• Seats (All out of the state applications) will be filled from the all-India candidates (Including Gujarat) on the basis of NTA score in JEE (Main) or percentile rank of GUJCET examinations.

GSFC University Vadodara BBA/BCA/B.Sc/B.Sc Hons Admission Process

• Students need to have 50% and above aggregate marks in H.S.C (12th Std) or equivalent.

• The university provides direct admission on first cum first basis, 45% for SC/ST/OBC-Non-Creamy Layer/PD/EWS.

GSFC University Vadodara offers 6 postgraduate courses to the students which include M.Sc and Post Graduate Diploma courses. The PGD courses have the duration of 1 year and M.Sc courses have a duration of 2 years.

GSFC University Vadodara M.Tech Admission Process

• Candidates are required to score 65% and above marks in B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech. 

• Candidates should have GATE qualified in the relevant discipline and based on the performance, admission will be given. Seats (All out of the state applications) will be filled from the all-India candidates (Including Gujarat) on the basis of GATE score.

• 50% of seats will be allocated through the Admission Committee for Professional Courses(ACPC) and 50% seats will be allocated through Management Quota.

GSFC University Vadodara M.Sc Admission Process

• After scoring 55% and above marks in B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech, candidates are required to appear for an interaction with experts of the School of Science. Based on the performance, direct admission will be given.

• With 50% to 55% marks in B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech, on the spot Admission Competitive Test (ACT) of 60 min will be done or there will be an interaction with experts of the School of Science.

• Minimum passing marks of Admission Competitive Test (ACT) would be 50% of total marks. Merit list would be prepared/put up based on the marks obtained

• Second trail for test may be given on request by student

• The Admission Competitive Test (ACT) shall consist of Objective questions related to Subject and English, Verbal Abilities, Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge.

• There will be no negative marking.

• Pass with 50% in any of the Qualifying Examinations as mentioned in above.

• Candidate fulfilling the academic qualification of eligibility criteria will give provisional/confirm admission on first cum first basis

• 3 days will be given for payment of fees on confirmation of admission.

GSFC University Vadodara Ph.D Admission 2025-2026

GSFC University Vadodara offers 5 Doctoral courses to the students. The PhD courses have a duration of 6 years.

• The university generally conducts its own Ph.D. Entrance Test (Research Entrance Test - RET) typically twice a year.

• Candidates must secure a minimum of 55% marks in the entrance test to be eligible for the subsequent interview round.

• Shortlisted candidates from the entrance test (and those exempted) are invited for an interview/discussion with the Doctoral Committee or an expert panel in their chosen discipline.

• The final merit list is prepared based on the performance in both the entrance test and the interview.

• Selected candidates receive an admission offer letter, after which they must pay the requisite fees and complete all document verification and enrollment formalities to secure their seat.
