Within five years, candidates are recruited through BARC's Training School or its affiliates, or IPR's Technical Training Program.

M.Tech Engineering Science

B.E./B.Tech or a masters degree in Science (M.Sc.) 

M.D Nuclear Medicine

With 50% marks in an M.B.B.S. or comparable degree recognised by the Medical Council of India.

M.Phil Chemical Sciences

M.Sc. from a university recognised by the UGC.
