12 MonthsThe Post Graduate Programme for Executives on Leadership in Smart Manufacturing (PGPEX-LSM) is a collaborative effort between IIM Sirmaur and RWTH Aachen. This program aims to develop management leaders with expertise in smart manufacturing, combining the managerial strengths of IIM Sirmaur and the technological prowess of RWTH Aachen.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors in (B. Tech./BE/B. Sc./allied fields) with 50 percent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA awarded by any of the recognized universities/IITs At least 3 years of manufacturing-related experience in manufacturing or allied areas, e.g., Shop Floor/IT/Teaching/Entrepreneur/etc. (After completion of graduation).
- At least 3 years of shop floor experience in manufacturing or allied areas (After completion of graduation)
Admission Details
- Valid GMAT/GRE/CAT Score (Taken within last five years)
- For other participants, an aptitude test will be conducted by IIM Sirmaur
