ILI Delhi Admission Process

Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi offers admission to postgraduate and doctoral courses. ILI New Delhi P.G.D admission is done on the basis of candidates' performance in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility. However, Indian Law Institute Delhi L.L.M admission is based on the candidate's performance in the ILI CAT and performance during viva-voce to be conducted by the institute. ILI New Delhi PhD selection process is through the written test followed by the performance in the viva voce/presentation conducted by ILI New Delhi. ILI New Delhi P.G.D Admission Process

  • For ILI New Delhi PGD admission, candidates are required to meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Candidates have to fill out the application form only through online mode on the official website of the institute.

  • Admission to the Post Graduate Diploma Programmes shall be made on merit and prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

  • However, an additional 5% weightage in marks will be given to candidates who are law graduates/CMA/CA/CS (For courses where Law is not a qualifying degree).

  • Final admission is done after verification of documents and Indian Law Institute admission fee payment.

ILI New Delhi L.L.M Admission Process

  • Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria for ILI New Delhi L.L.M admission.

  • Eligible candidates have to fill out the ILI New Delhi application form online mode by visiting the official website of the institute.

  • Then, candidates have to appear and qualify for the ILICAT to be conducted by the institute.

  • The qualified candidates have to appear for a viva voce conducted by the institute.

  • ILI New Delhi admission to the L.L.M. programme shall be made according to merit prepared on the basis of the combined marks obtained in the ILICAT and performance during viva voce.

  • Final admission is offered after verification of documents and course fee payment.

ILI New Delhi Ph.D Admission

The Ph.D programme offered by ILI New Delhi is Ph.D in the Law stream. The duration of the ILI New Delhi Ph.D Law course is 6 years. The eligibility for admission to Ph.D programme is that candidates must have passed an L.L.M. degree with an aggregate of 55% marks from a recognised university.

ILI Delhi Ph.D Admission Process

  • Candidates interested in taking admissions have to meet the eligibility criteria and apply online on the official website of the institute.

  • Eligible candidates have to fill and submit the application form only through online mode and pay the application fee through Net banking/debit/credit card/wallet.

  • Candidates have to clear the admission test of three hours duration conducted by the authorities of the institute.

  • The candidates who have qualified in UGC JRF are exempted from taking the admission test.

  • Then, based on the admission test shortlisted candidates shall be called online/in-campus for the presentation of their research proposal and interview.

  • All qualified shortlisted candidates shall be present for the viva voce and make a presentation before the admission committee on the proposed topic of research on a

  • date notified by the institute.

  • The ILI Delhi Ph.D admission will be made according to the merit list prepared based on the performance in the viva-voce/presentation.

  • The last step includes the verification of documents and course fee payment.

CLAT, an entrance examination which is common law admission test is conducted by the  consortium of National law universities which is in number of 22 in India. All the vice chancellors of this 22 National law University are in a position to  conduct the examination of CLAT. As National law University has a national importance and the education  level is very commendable and high so you should  take admission in National law University, Odisha for the course of study Cyber Law.
