The school was established in 1992 with the objective of promoting a global Perspective of education placing new demands on learning, envisaging a wide spectrum of cognitive and reflective empowerment to students and to develop uniquely suited teacher education to attain a level of excellence.The M.Ed. Programme at the School offers specializations in the optional subjects English, Malayalam, Hindi, Sanskrit, Arabic, Mathematics, Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce as well as IT and Computer Science.

Total intake of students (including all categories): 50 

Out of 50 seats, 1 seat is reserved for Teachers in Aided/Govt. Schools below 51 years of age.


Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must have passed the Bachelor’s degree in Education with not less than 55% marks from any University recognized by Mahatma Gandhi University.

Admission Details

:Admission will be on the basis of a Rank List Prepared as per the score obtained in the common admission test (MGU-CET) (80%) and Interview (20%).
