MJRPU Admissions

A variety of courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level is provided to the students. MRPU courses (UG and PG) admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination, except for LLB and M.Phil. According to the MJRPU admission procedure for LLB programme, candidates will be given admission on the basis of CLAT scores. PhD and M.Phil admission are based on MJRPU-PET entrance conducted by the Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University. Admission to all UG and PG programmes except for LLB and M.Phil

• Aspirants desirous to take admission to the all UG and PG programmes except for LLB and M.Phil have to first meet the eligibility criteria and then fill in and submit an application form on the website of the university for Mahatma Jyoti Rao Phoole University admission process.

• Admission on the basis of the merit of the qualifying examination.

• A merit list will be published for separate courses and candidates will be shortlisted accordingly for the further admission process.

• Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of CLAT scores and then these shortlisted candidates have to participate in the last stage of MJRPU admission process that involves document verification and fee payment.

• Once the candidate pays the fee and gets the document verified during the counselling process the admission of the candidates gets confirmed.

• Thus the final selection criteria to the MJRPU LLB course are marks of CLAT, participation in the university level document verification and fee payment.

M.Phil and PhD

• Candidates desirous to take admission to the MJRPU PhD  and M.Phil programme have to fill in and submit an application form along with a demand draft on the website.

• MJRPU admission to the PhD programme shall be based on MJRPU-PET entrance conducted by the university.

• A merit list will be released shortlisting candidates for the further admission process.

• Aspirants who are selected through the merit list will be a part of the further admission procedure and they will make a move to the final stage of the admission process that is participation in the university level document verification and fee payment.

• Fee payment and document verification is a mandatory step for confirmation of the admission.

• Thus, the final admission of the candidates who are successful in getting admission is based on the marks obtained in MJRPU-PET, participation in the university level counselling, document verification and fee payment.
