Eligibility for WB SET-
Candidate needs to have minimum 55% in Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognized university, there's relaxation for 5% for reserved category.
There is no upper age limit to apply for WB SET.

For JRF- upper age limit is 30 years as on 1st Dec, 2019.
There is no upper limit for Assistant Professor.

Well, you must immediately contact your college authority and the respective board for issuing the migration certificate and the degree. You must apply for the degree and also request for quick response from the college. You may also write a letter to the board stating the same.

Bachelors in Education degree from OPJS University, Rajasthan is recognised by NCTE from the year 2017. It is also approved by UGC, AICTE and BCI. It is a safe in that respect. However, it is just an average university, so you may go for better colleges if it's feasible.
