• Companies and businesses are invited to the OPJS placement drive for recruiting final year students.

• If the company is interested then it will confirm the placement drive and the date to the management.

• Students will be given a presentation regarding the specific company.

• Students will be given a prior notice at the placement cell regarding the company visit for placement.

• Students will be given a presentation of a specific company before conducting interviews.

• Company’s HR will check the eligibility of students and take the list of candidates who are eligible for an interview.

• Placement drive consists of  aptitude test, group discussion, mock test, written test, operational round, and Manager round.

• Students are filtered based on their skills and abilities in the rounds of interview.

• The selected candidates will receive an offer letter and a handsome salary package from the company.
