Hello,
Talking about the seat matrix first, there are 300 seats each in chandigarh campus and 60  each in other regional campus.
Now secondly, pu prepares a provisional and final merit list, in which marks obtained in the exam are added to others ( such as your graduation mark).
Both the parameters are given equal weightage.
With this rank it would be difficult for you to land in the Chandigarh campus in the first round of counselling .You can try for the same in the subsequent rounds of counselling. Talking about the regional centers then yes you can easily land in there.
As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councelling process.

According to official cut off for M.Sc. integrated program in PU , your admission chances are very very rare . But you need to wait for 2nd or 3rd counciling sedule , but chance's are rare .You need to continue visit offical website for further admission updates .

The cut off for BALLB in Punjab University in Chandigarh for the regional center of Ludhiana is 500 rank.
