Considering your rank in entrance exam is 839 and that your boards exam score is 91% you seem to have a less chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh. Chances in regional centres are more.

Admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh for tge course of BA/BCOM LLB is done on the basis of both your result in 12th boards and entrance exam. 50% weightage is given to both the scores.
So as your boards percentage as well as your entrance exam's score both matter equally.

The university offers hostels, a central library, wifi facilities, sport complexes, and well-equipped academic building. the greenery and peaceful environment are major advantages. The living space is very clean of this college also the food given by the cafeteria was hygiene and as well as tasty at the same time and also the class very spacious which is very comfortable for the students
