at this course you have less chances for admission in bsc. however basic eligibility criteria is 50% marks in 10+2. and pondicheery university conduct PUCET their own entrance exam. 

however your chances are very less unless you have any quota like sc/st/obc.

With 56.7% in 10+2th without any quota you won't be able to get any admission in Panjab University but if you have any Quota there might be a rare chance you might get admission.

As you have got decent percentage in your class 12 CBSE Board, you can get admission in punjab university. 80% is far above the qualification criteria required for admission. You just need to check which college's criteria do you meet with this percentage.
