48 MonthsBachelor of Arts or B.A. (Hons.) in Hindi is a 4 years undergraduate programme. Hindi is the study of literature, linguistics, and philosophy of the Hindi language. Subjects typically studied under this degree are Poetry, Drama, Fiction, Literary Criticism, Literary History, etc. It is an excellent course for those aspiring for careers in teaching, media, and advertising, writing, and publishing; for graduate or professional studies in Hindi, communications, or law; and for advancement in any field in which communication skills are important.
Eligibility Criteria
Any 12th passed with 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%)
Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
Lateral Entry
Students should have successfully completed a certificate, diploma or degree program as defined by NEP 2020 to seek admission into Semester 3, Semester 5 and Semester 7, respectively, of NEP based four-year undergraduate program post completion of exit formalities at undergoing college/ university.
Students can seek lateral entry into a program till the validity of their credits on ABC, which is 7 years. Students shall be allowed lateral entry in the streams/ subjects already pursuing.
