CUJ Ranchi Placement Process

The Central University of Jharkhand career guidance and placement cell sends an invitation to various companies primarily in the domain of the centre to visit and interview CUJ students.
Once the employers agree to visit the campus, they are said to send the filled-in Job notification form to the concerned centre through the placement cell at the university.
Arrangements for pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews will be handled by the concerned centre, and one member of the university placement cell will be present during the Interview process.
Suitable date for the selection process in consultation with the centre head.
Dates are allotted on the basis of the student's convenience for the job offered. i) job profile and growth prospects ii) compensation package.
After completion of the selection process, the company is requested to furnish the final list of students.
The offer letters are to be sent directly to the CUJ Ranchi placement cell for handing over to the students.
