48 MonthsBachelor’s degree in Commerce in Corporate Secretary ship is a full-time, regular, 4 year-long course in the branch of commerce. The whole study pattern is semester-based. The main focus of the course is to train students in corporate governance, with excellence in secretarial practices and company laws. This is one of the basic level degree programs to start a career in commerce. In this branch of study, students are given in-depth knowledge in subjects like Financial Accounting, Company accounting, Company Law and Secretary Ship Practice, Marketing / Corporate E-Management, Business Management, Industrial Laws, Income Tax Law & Practice, Indirect Taxes Project (Institutions Training), Commercial laws and many more.
Eligibility Criteria
12th passed (Science, Commerce or equivalent) with 50% (for SC/ST/OBC 45%)
Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit.
Lateral Entry
Students should have successfully completed a certificate, diploma or degree program as defined by NEP 2020 to seek admission into Semester 3, Semester 5 and Semester 7, respectively, of NEP based four-year undergraduate program post completion of exit formalities at undergoing college/ university.
Students can seek lateral entry into a program till the validity of their credits on ABC, which is 7 years. Students shall be allowed lateral entry in the streams/ subjects already pursuing.
