In government medical college: It depends on the state to which you belong and the category as the Reservation System still prevails.
In a private medical college: Yes, definitely! But maybe not in the most reputed ones.

Considering you belong to open category, chances are less of admission under 15% All India Quota. Cutoff vary category wise.
