The institute offers admissions to a total of 60 courses at diploma, UG, PG and doctoral levels. SVIMS Tirupati admissions to B.Sc, B.P.T and diploma programmes are offered based on the merit of the interview followed by a counselling process. Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences admission to M.D. programmes are based on NEET PG scores, whereas admissions to D.M. and M.Ch. programmes are offered on the basis of NEET SS scores. Candidates must apply for and participate in the All India level counselling, which is held to provide admission to various medical colleges across India based on NEET scores. Students can also apply for M.Sc. and Ph.D programmes at the institute based on their performance in a written test followed by an interview. Students must appear and qualify for the counselling session held to give admission to these programmes.

Eligible candidates must appear for Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) and obtain valid scores.
Next, the AP EAMCET cutoff is released by the authorities.

The remaining candidates are chosen on the basis of an entrance examination followed by an interview. In determining the merit list, the entrance examination will receive 70% of the weighting and the interview will receive 30%.
The entrance examination is divided into two parts.
Candidates who qualified the entrance examination are invited to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee.
Candidates must bring a research proposal that has been discussed with and vetted by the Chief Guide identified at the time of discussion to the interview/viva voce.
The successful candidates are notified and informed of the final selection list.
Before beginning the course, selected candidates must pay their enrollment fees and pass a medical test.
The M.Ch Neuro Surgery course offered by the institute has 3 seats in total.

NEET cutoff changes each year as I'll give you previous year range so you can understand.
As your mark range is 567 -558 your rank is between 43422 - 50021 rank.
For 2019 the cutoff for AIQ was Round 1:5661 rank, round 2:10135 rank.
For year 2020 it was 8130 for round 1 and 11604 for round 2.

By previous year cutoffs your chances are low but cutoff trends changes each year. It'll be much lower for state quota.
