Hey Naveen! Starex University is approved by UGC, New Delhi. The University was founded in the year 2016 and is a Deemed University. It is located in Gurugram, Haryana.

Library :The Mahatma Budh Central library is sanctum sanctorum of Starex University. The structure of the Library building has been designed by a reputed German architect. It is the seat of knowledge for the students, research scholars, all the learned faculty and other staff members.
The library is equipped with latest facilities to supplement the requirements of academics and researchers. The Central Library automates all its activities through KOHA software to provide a wide range of academic resources such as books, journals, DVD’s. It has online repository such as (DELNET, Manupatra, West Law, ELSEVIER Science Direct and National Digital Library), useful open resources namely (NISCARE, NPTL, e-gyankosh etc) and useful reading materials on Library web OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog). It is a modern library with Wi-Fi facility.
The Central Library is fully air-conditioned and is spread over 13,988 square meters of area with a sitting capacity of more than two hundred ten users. It has a sufficient number of books, dictionaries, encyclopedias on various subjects. It also subscribes to a good number of national and international journals and magazines (printed and online) covering all schools of the university. The library has separate reading areas for students, researchers and faculty members. In addition to the Central Library, the departmental libraries are also proposed to be established for all the existing schools of the University.
Cafeteria :University years have their own charm, and a canteen is often a fond memory of all students as it is the place where one catches up with their friends and takes a break. Besides working hard to mould ones career, one also needs nutritional refreshment in a comfortable environment. The Starex University cafeteria is an ideal place with the perfect ambience and meal options that enables the students to unwind while they have a healthy meal.
The larger mess hall is equipped to serve lunch and dinner to all students between the scheduled timings. We also serve a variety of snacks along with North and South Indian dishes at affordable prices.
Medical/Hospital :The Starex University places high importance on the health and safety of its faculties and students.The University maintains an adequately equipped Medical Room. A well-qualified physician and a nurse attend to the needs of the students in the University.

It offers services and health support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is manned by staff who are all fully residential within the campus . Apart from these basic amenities, several talk sessions are organized time and again, wherein Doctors and Experts give their insights on certain health related issues and general well-being.
