Eligibility Criteria
A Candidate must have passed Three-year BA with Kashmiri as one of the subjects OR Honours Kamil in Kashmiri OR Diploma in Modern Spoken and Literary Kashmiri or an equivalent degree recognized by the any University with (At least Minimum 45% Marks Open Merit and 40% marks Reserved Categories).
