72 MonthsPh.D. programme in Law shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned and it is offered by Vidya University, Meerut.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- In some cases, applicants with an outstanding academic record in related fields (e.g., political science, economics, or philosophy) may also be considered.
Admission Details
- Vidya Research Aptitude Test (VRAT) - a written test conducted by the University.
- The applicant must appear for an Interview/ presentation to be considered for admission.
