Degree-wise Admission Process
LLB: 3-Year LLB Course: The LLB course run by Amolakchand Law College has a sanctioned intake of 120 seats. Admission to this course is granted according to the marks obtained by the candidate in the MHCET Law examination. Depending upon the merit list prepared by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra State), admission to the college shall be granted.
BA LLB: This integrated program of 5 years has a vast capacity of 600 seats, and is thus the largest course offered by the college. Further, its admission procedure is based on the MAH-LL.B. (5 Years) CET conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State. This particular exam is structured for integrated law programs and tests on different aspects relevant to teaching law.
Ph.D Law: The college offers a Ph.D. program in Law that accommodates up to 14 seats. This program has a more specialized admission process. Candidates will have qualified through the National Eligibility Test (NET) of UGC, the State Eligibility Test (SET), or the MPET examination of SGB Amravati University. This ensures that doctoral candidates have a solid foundation in research methodology and subject knowledge.
