The Oxford College of Engineering (TOCE) was established in 2000 in Bangalore by The Children’s Education Society, founded in 1974 by visionary philanthropist Late Sri S. Narasa Raju, and is now led by his son, Dr. S. N. V. L. Narasimha Raju.

Beautiful spacious campus with state of the art facilities. 3 buildings for the the students to to study well and the college had many activities hall and a library for every department it is really great

Raja Rajeshwari College of Engineering is the best among the two. Though oxford offers 28 courses and Raja Rajeshwari 17, Raja Rajeshwari still beats it due to their overall performance. The fees of both the colleges is almost the same. Raja Rajeshwari College of Engineering also provides better facilities
