Hello Kajal, PGIMS Rohtak last year closing rank marks for home state candidates for ST candidates was 460 and BC-B candidates was 555, for BC-A candidates the closing rank was 523. So, if you belong to ST category you can easily get admission in PGIMS. So, if you are from any other category than ST, you can't get admission in PGIMS.

The cutoff last year for Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak was 606 last year for general all India category. This year's cutoffs are also expected to be similar, so your chances of admission are low. But don't worry as cut-offs change every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, number of candidates and highest score, etc. So wait till the cut-off lists are out.

The reservation for EWS will be applicable for NEET-UG 2019. The qualifying percentile for EWS category is 50 percentile and hence there is no need to provide separate merit list for EWS category. The candidates of EWS category may indicate their category at the time of registration for counseling. EWS quota will be provided against the increased seats in medical colleges. This is applicable for pgims as well as all the colleges of India

Hello Ankit

As per your brother's expected score, he has decent chances of getting admission in PGIMS, Rohtak.
The NEET 2018 cutoff for admission in PGIMS under state counseling for a general category candidate was 486 marks. However the cutoff changes every year depending upon many factors like number of candidates appeared for the entrance exam, the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and related such. As there is a difference of 40-45 marks in the previous year's cutoff and your brother's expected score, so there are chances of his admission in this government medical college.

Hello student,
Yes, With a score of 600 you can definitely get a seat in PGIMS when comparing the results of previous years. Yet, you have not mentioned which category you belong to. Last year, a score of 506 was enough to fetch one a seat in Post Graduate Institute of medical science, Rohtak in general category under the state quota. In the same college, 606 got a seat under All India quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
