As a sc candidate person there are chances for you to get a seat in some private college with these marks.
But, there are no chances for you to get admisson in government medical college with 280 marks in NEET-UG.

you need to qualify in neet to get admission in the course of BAMS (BACHELOR OF AYURVEDIC MEDICINE AND SURGERY) . but cutoff for bams are pretty lower then of mbbs and dentals.

Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff score of medical colleges you seems to have less chance of getting govt medical college.You need 550+ under UR quota to fetch govt medical college You may get private dental medical college.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of medical College of kerala:

Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, I must tell you that it is totally possible to get a seat in MBBS itself. However, for BAMS, the minimum cutoff is 155.
