Well Dear to get BAMS or BUMS,you just need to qualify NEET
As NEET only gives admission to MBBS and BDS courses.
In order to take BAMS or BUMS you need to give a different entrance exam.Also,the eligibility criteria varies from college to college.

first of all congratulations for the marks that you obtained.let me tell you Last year, a score of 550 or above remained to be a safe zone for the general category under the state quota. But scores and ranks vary each year with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. CSIR NET exam is a national level exam which is conducted for JRF & lectureship for science stream students.
According to the CSIR UGC NET guidelines, candidates who have qualified the Masters’ degree with 55% aggregate marks (For General/OBC) or 50% aggregate marks (For SC/ST/PwD) or are in the qualifying year of the degree, are eligible for the exam.
There is also a condition i.e. aspirants with 4-year Graduation degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks can appear for the CSIR NET JRF exam only.
For Assistant Professor, you must have the Masters’ degree or enrolled in that.

Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and surgery (BAMS) is an integrated degree in the medical field.These degre program is conferred to those students who studied the modern medicine and traditional Ayurveda.
BAMS is a graduate degree course in Ayurvedic system.The degree is awarded after the completion of 5 years 6 months degree programme that include one year internship programme with live practical.
The basic requirements for the eligibility to get the admission to BAMS programme is qualifying 12th exam with science stream as biology being one of the subject.The candidate should have to go through national level entrance exams NEET.
