Infrastructure wise, it is very well-equipped with many facilities. Library, IT lab, Wi-Fi campus, with proper classrooms. There are three canteen in the college with good hygienic foods of all types, along with CCD coffee outlet inside the college. The college has no hostel of its own but they helped in finding one nearby. The quality of the food in the canteens are good and hygienic. There are rooms for indoor games in the college as well, one can enjoy carrom, chess, table tennis, etc. in college. The college has no outside playground.

Teachers and faculty are highly qualified and experienced with more than 15 years in corporate which help give corporate exposure to the children. The method of teaching of IBS Mumbai is very well which includes a case study method, the best way to learn practically. The course curriculum is up to date with all the necessary subjects as needed in the market. This helps the students to be industry-ready. But one professor of accounts is there with whom I had a very bad experience I just don't understand how he teaches.

IBS Mumbai has a record of 99% placements till today. Our seniors had a batch size of 1200 approximately. Everyone has been placed in well-renowned companies. While the institution has a strong academic legacy, the physical infrastructure does not meet the standards expected of a premier government engineering college. Serious investment and renovation are long overdue to provide students with a conducive and dignified learning environment.

The placement scenario at SGSITS Indore is deeply disappointing and far below expectations for a government engineering college of its reputation. Very few companies visit the campus for recruitment, and most of those that do offer extremely low salary packages that barely meet industry standards. Core engineering companies are almost entirely absent from the placement drive, leaving students with limited options outside of IT service roles. The Training and Placement Cell shows little proactive effort in attracting reputed recruiters or building strong corporate connections. Pre-placement training and mock interview sessions are infrequent and poorly organized. A large percentage of students are left to find jobs entirely on their own through off-campus efforts. Higher studies and competitive exams have become the only viable fallback for many graduates. The college does little to bridge the gap between students and meaningful career opportunities, which is a serious disservice to hardworking students who invested years and money into their education here

The overall atmosphere on campus feels stagnant and demotivating, with no strong sense of community or college pride among students. A vibrant campus life is essential for holistic development, and SGSITS sadly falls far short of creating that environment for its students.
