Priyadarshini College has nice biotech labs with microscopes and incubators. Classrooms are with AC, library’s good with many books. Campus has sports grounds, but hostel wifi is slow. Clean and green, comfy for study.

BE Biotech academics is good, teachers explain well with industry examples. Projects on gene editing are fun. Follows Nagpur University, needs more labs. Guest lectures help. Faculty is knowledgeable, some classes run late.

Placements are decent, 70-80% get jobs. TCS, Infosys, pharma firms visit. Highest package 13 LPA, average 4-5 LPA. Training for interviews is good. Biotech jobs are okay, some go to research. Better than many colleges.

Campus is lively, with fests and biotech workshops. Sports like volleyball, fun with friends. Canteen’s cheap but crowded. Girls hostel safe, rules strict. Biotech club is active. Makes college fun and memorable.

Hostel facility is good but not great and the quality of food in mess is good with many varieties and the canteen price is quite expensive. We have well-equipped medical assistance. NITTE is a very good supportive of sports and games

Lectures are well-educated and qualified with a good amount of knowledge lectures include both experienced and freshers. The course curriculum is relevant. I think it makes sense and makes us industry-ready. So when it comes to semester exams for our branch, it will be closer to easier side between easier and average not too tough and the pass percentage is about 35% to 40%
Placements
Almost 50%-75% of students got placed. The highest is 15 LPA to 20 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. The average is 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Ultratech, L&T, etc. Around 50% to 60% of our students from our course, got into companies like Ultratech and L&T. Top roles offered are construction engineer, project manager, and structure engineer.

For college, the infrastructure is not generally liked by students due to being situated near residential areas and also having a very small campus area. Also, labs are decent but they are not that well maintained and all the components may not work so exhanging and all is generally done. Classrooms are decent for mostly all blocks. The hostel is fine but the fees are higher than at nearby PGs and hygiene is not maintained that much.

As of now, the professors we've got are highly educated and have a good command in their domain except 1 or 2; majorly all are good. Curriculum is relevant and good for our future needs and to build basic fundamentals for us. The difficulty is pretty much due to the course and the pressure of many theory and practical exams. So, if you're not interested, just think once before joining.
Placements
Many people from my course take placement in IT jobs, as half of the population coming to our college for this branch is people who are either confused between hardware and software or they prefer software. So, for getting placed in our branch, people need to learn extra skills like DBMS, OS, all coding languages and so on. For core people, you need to work really hard to get placed and need to maintain a good CGPA with practical skills.

The only con is the size of the campus; apart from that, the boys hostel is quite far away from the college. Regarding infrastructure, the labs and library are top-notch and way more than sufficient for high progress in learning. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the campus

Placements in our college are consistent and top companies do occasionally visit. Some companies include Deloitte, Adobe, etc. Training for placements is also provided, which helps students immensely. Most students who opt for placements are given the opportunity to do their best.

Since the BNMIT is an autonomous college, they are flexible to adapt to any new upgrades in the market in terms of syllabus, facilitating new courses, training programs, and many more. College will bombard us with projects, presentations, assignments, and internals but that's what makes us learn.

Placement opportunities at BNMIT are way better than many colleges in Bangalore. College tries its best to connect students with the market by bringing out internship opportunities for students. But obviously the competition is inevitable hence not everyone will get selected.
