Sports and games are conducted very well. Medical facilities in our college are not bad as compared to other colleges. Hostel facilities are good and quality of food is nice. Mess and canteen are maintained neatly. Classes and laboratories are good to learn things.

The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry ready. The difficulty level of semester exams in the college is too much. Pass percentage is about 90%
Placements
All the students have received campus recruitment at higher salary packages. The lowest package offered is 1.6 LPA and one of my friends received the highest. We have fought very well for the campus recruitment. Teachers and management have helped us.

The infrastructure of our college is very good and decent. The college provides a Wi-Fi. The classrooms are clean and look good. Our college has a library having different types of books which are very useful for the students. Our college has a hostel with a reasonable fee and doubtless security. The hostel food is not so bad and there are some canteens where we can eat if we don’t like the hostel food. The college has good medical facilities for the students along with a big ground to play games and sports.

The course curriculum is very neatly designed and the subjects are related to core and software as well. They provide classes for aptitude and reasoning which makes the students ready for the industry. The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable and they teach good. The semester exams are conducted by JNTUK and are very tough, the students need to study hard to clear the exams.

The highest package offered in this course is 2.6 LPA by SPR Human Capital Solutions in 2024 and the lowest package offered is 2.28 LPA by TVS Company. The college is trying to place the students in core companies as well as in software companies. Radhamadhav college has only necessary study material no fancy things available, it still uses traditional method of infrastructure. The college is small but neat. The library is useful when you need some peaceful time to study you can study. No wifi, smart boards, and sports center available.

I finished my b.com from here and the department is just straightforward, the teachers know their stuff, but you have got to put in your own effort. Don't expect spoon-feeding. Attendance is not too strict, which is a relief in one side but not good also.

No placements culture is there like in other metro colleges. Here, students , mostly study for government jobs, or higher studies on their own. Some seniors got jobs through their own contact. The college give guidance though but you will have to be proactive.

The silchar college of education has only one course that is BEd so the campus is relatively small and classrooms are decent, there is a library with enough books for lesson plans and assignments. No high-tech stuffs available but the basic things are available.

The BEd course is really good, it is heavy on practicals like microteaching, practice schools, lesson planning. Teachers are approachable and guide you well. For serious students, the course will help a lot as it is not a light course it needs your full time attention.

The quality of placements at college is very poor. We did not get any good placements offer. In Silchar, private institutes pay scale is very less so students wait for government job posts and apply for TET etc.
