GITAM University Hyderabad offers a wide range of scholarships to support students in their academic journey and reduce the cost of higher education. These scholarships are provided on the basis of merit, financial need, sports achievements, and special categories. Merit Scholarships
GITAM University Hyderabad offers merit-based scholarships to students based on the marks obtained in entrance examinations such as GITAM Admission Test (GAT)/ GITAM Business Aptitude Test (GBAT)/ JEE Mains/ CUET/ CAT/ MAT/ NMAT and other national or state-level entrance examinations.
The scholarship granted through GBAT, GAT, or other national and state entrance exams is valid only for the first academic year. To continue receiving the same scholarship in the following years, students must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0. If a student secures a CGPA between 7.5 and 7.99, the scholarship will be reduced to the next lower slab among 75%, 60%, 40%, 25%, and 15%.
However, this rule does not apply to students who are already receiving a 15% scholarship. Students can become eligible for the same scholarship again in any subsequent year once they achieve the required CGPA.
Need-Based Scholarships
GITAM University provides Need-based scholarships to students who already receive merit scholarships and belong to financially weaker families.

the campus is modern, clean, and well-maintained with big classrooms, Wi-Fi, and library space for study. There are labs for ECE like Communication Systems, VLSI, and Embedded Systems.The campus has many other facilities like sports areas, auditoriums, and hostels. But A few pieces of lab equipment are not very new or advanced, so they could be updated more.

College Infrastructure
Classrooms are clean and comfortable, and ECE labs are available for practice. The campus is modern, and the library is useful for studying. But some labs get crowded, and a few machines are old. Sometimes students don’t get enough lab time. Overall, the infrastructure is good, but lab facilities can improve.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is good and well maintained. The classrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with projectors and smart boards. The laboratories are well equipped with modern instruments and systems. There are separate labs for electronics, digital systems, communication, microprocessors, and VLSI. Students get proper guidance from lab staff, and all required equipment is available for practical work.
