College Infrastructure
The campus of my college is very new, which is a huge benefit. The buildings are modern and well-maintained. Our labs have new hardware and software installed. Other facilities like air-conditioned classrooms, good internet connection and an useful library is also provided.
Academics
The syllabus of Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering is mostly updated to current industry standards. We are learning relevant languages and frameworks. Some of the professors are truly excellent and have a deep understanding of their subjects. Some other faculty members rely too much on old notes and lack teaching skills which is a negative point.
Placements
Since, I am only in second year, this is based on the feedbacks I have got from the seniors. Official placement data looks good, with major companies visiting, but the highest packages are scarce. The highest salary is moderate and one needs to have a very good academic performance to be eligible for top roles.
Campus Life
The campus is very active. There are many clubs, especially technical ones like the competitive coding group and the open-source community. They host regular workshops and events. The student crowd is energetic and easy to mingle with.

The remote location of our college makes student life difficult . Management should improve hostel facilities and bring academic reforms. So, I wouldn’t strongly recommend this college for its maintenance.

The college has a good infrastructure. They have a really great food court which offers variety of food and beverages for students. They also offer 24 hours medical facility for the students. The location of this University also makes it worth studying here for 4 years with a great view and ambience.

The faculty of DIT has a extensive experience and knowledge of the respective core subjects and are always happy to assist the students whenever they are available. The labs are equipped with modern technologies and offers a great experience to us.

The placements offered by DIT are fairly good. They have companies like Harness, Palo Alto, KPMG, Cognizant, adobe, Oracle, Accenture etc., which are the top most companies and offers a average package of 7.8 LPA and the highest that has been so far is 58 LPA.

The Campus life is really good. The best part about the University is the location and the view that comes with it. The education and facilities offered here are really good and in consideration with the well being of the students.
