Well for b.tech go for your interest as all IITs are good and yes mba from iim is best

Actually, I didn't understand your query but I'll try my best to answer.
Basically, a your options are really good and if you're really interested in the above mentioned branch just learn all basics, make the concepts very clear, learn practically this leads you to get a good placement in any IIT because as usually IIT get placements and if you will work hard, then you can get the placement with good package, even it crosses 25LPA too.
