Yes, many mba colleges accept graduation degree whether it's regular/distance/correspondence, if it's from the recognised board/institution and meet the eligibility percentage of individual institues. (Around minimum 50-60% for general)

Although it's a little difficult to get into top colleges with such graduation degree as in PI panelists ask the reasons and the reason you mention should be strong & valid to satisfy them.

You should perform really good in entrance exams like cat/mat/cmat/xat/nmat/ibsat/etc.

The few colleges that accept distance graduation from IGNOU are:

• IIMs (almost all)
• Sp jain mumbai (not the profile based but cat score based)
• Fms delhi/fms bhu
• IITs/NITs (with their eligibility % in graduation which is mostly 60% and years of graduation should be 3-4 yrs depending upon the institue branch)
• Nmims (all branches)

• Jaipuria lucknow
• Jims Rohini
• Mdi gurgaon/murshidabad
• Etc
