but you can assume the eligibility criteria for 2019 for reference.

Criterion-

• Candidates appearing for JEE Advanced 2019 must qualify JEE Main 2019 and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 candidates (including all categories).
• The percentages of various categories are: OBC-NCL (27%), SC (15%), ST (7.5%) and Open Category (50.5%). Within each of these categories, 5% horizontal reservation is available for PwD candidates.

Category-Wise Distribution of Top 2,24,000 Candidates-

• OBC-NCL-top 57,456 candidate will be selected for councelling.

Age Limit: -

• As per the recent order by Supreme Court, candidates of 25 years or older can also apply for JEE Advanced 2019. However, the admissions of such candidates will be provisional till the final outcome.

Number of attempts: -

• A candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced.

            Appearance in Class XII or equivalent examination:-

• The candidates applying for JEE Advanced 2019 should have appeared in Class 12 in 2018 or 2019 for the first time.
