In one word I will suggest you to go with RV college of engineering.
In terms of academics and infrastructure RV college is far better than other three colleges mentioned here.

If you consider NIRF ranking{63} for engineering college then also R.V college of engineering will top then others.

Placements statistics are also too good for R.V college of engineering with average package of 6.5 lpa for CSE branch with upto 95% placement record.

These are all very good colleges as you might know already, a few more points to observe before choosing would be as follows:

• RVCE and PESU are located in the outskirts of Bangalore. 
• Crowd is best in RVCE, worst in PESU.
• MSRIT and RVCE has better options to do higher study abroad.
