I failed to score 75 in 12 boards can I get iist shibpur ,nsit , dtu? Name some good collages of this category.

Sorry to say but all there colleges take admission according to the mains score card and according to the eligibility criteria of mains you had to have minimum of 75% in your 12th boards. You now have two options either go for colleges that give admissions without jee mains score cars or give improvement exam next year and increase your percentage.
