For getting admission in an IIT, NIT, DTU or NSIT the first thing is that you need to clear GATE exam with a good rank. The next criteria is that you need at least 60% or 6.5 CGPA in your B. Tech. So for your percentage you wont be able to get into an IIT or NIT for M. Tech, if your B. Tech isn't over yet so need to work hard and increase your percentage.

Your overall aggregate in B.Tech might cause some minor problems for you as some of the IITs eligibility criteria clearly states that a minimum of 55-60% is required. Some IITs like IIT Guwahati and Kharagpur have stated minimum percentage required to be 55%. You must not lose hope. Aim for a high score in GATE.
